Service: Surya Clinic & Diagnostics provides diagnostic laboratory software on a in-house clinic portal.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.

Acceptable Use: You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content.

Billing: Subscriptions renew based on selected plan terms. Access may be restricted when trial or subscription expires.

Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or legal requirements.

Liability: The service is provided on a best-effort basis. Surya Clinic & Diagnostics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
